Each of Dharti’s projects represents the hard work of many people: engineers, dredging masters and their crews, project managers and specialists in all areas of maritime construction. They also comprise of local people who have been employed and trained on site. These employees, sometimes at the drop of a hat, are deployed all over the world. Each project reflects their expertise, enthusiasm, imagination, and professionalism they bring with them; even more so, the adventurous spirit of these individuals who travel wherever they are needed to do their jobs. They are the ones who make a difference - working together, changing the world.
